It was a crazy start to September with hurricane Irma showing up on our front door. Instead of evacuating and getting caught in the panic ,we decided to stay at home and hunker down. Let’s just say It was one wild ride! All in all everything fared OK with our property sustaining a lot of tree damage. Boats & house we fine both road out the hurricane like champs. We dodged a bullet as they were calling for 10-15ft of storm surge. Nature sure has a way of cleansing itself. Soon after I was back on the water hunting down some fish. It wasn’t long before we were in a pile of snook and redfish. They must have been so hungry after that storm as we were doubled up most of the morning. Thanks for all your texts and emails. Looking forward to another great season.
