Naples & Marco Island Fishing Report by Capt. Tim Daugherty

The inshore fishing around the Naples and Marco Island area continues to remain hot! Snook & jacks have been in abundance on the outer islands. A live well full of big pilchards or thread fin herring will insure your have an action packed morning. Artificials ( top water) baits have also been a blast to throw at first light.   We are concentrating on shorelines with lots of structure them. Try to stay as far off as you can work the plug from the shoreline out about 1/2 distance to the boat. This is all about playing the odds game. The more you cast the more your odds of getting that strike increase. Get out and enjoy this great weather!!
